Victoria University Law Faculty Building
Instant Access NZ Ltd were asked to provide scaffold for Carus Group Ltd to repaint the full exterior of The Victoria University Law Faculty building in Wellington.
Fast build
A combination of Layher Allround Scaffolding and SpeedyScaf was used to complete this job. The majority of the structure was built using SpeedyScaf for a fast build, with Layher Allround for the top level and roof edge protection.
Condensed project
Tight deadlines were the biggest hurdle on this site as the project was condensed down to 2 months rather than the initial proposed 3 month duration. That said, Richard Fisher, Director/Project Manager for Carus Group Ltd said, “we are very happy with the solution and Instant Access’ service, there was a lot of after-hours and weekend work needed to meet our timeframes.”
