Les Mills Wellington Re-roofing
The Les Mills building in downtown Wellington required essential maintenance and re-roofing. Camelspace installed a Layher Allround façade scaffold and Keder Roof XL spanning 27m.
Labour cost savings
Guy Conroy explains “a large area of the Keder roof could be supported from the building parapets which helped us save on material. Using Layher’s Allround Lightweight scaffold and Keder Roof solutions also enabled us to crane gear onto the Les Mill roof [which had limited load bearing capacity] and saved us a fortune in labour costs.”

“We also erected a Layher Allround loading bay and facade scaffold to support an area of the [Keder XL] roof which couldn’t be supported by the Les Mills building’s parapets. The client was very happy with the outcome”, said Guy.
