Layher’s 200 Hoist is a robust vertical materials hoist. Specifically designed to accommodate Layher’s full range of scaffolding components, the 200 Hoist is powerful and lightweight, and offers a fast, convenient and cost-effective lifting solution.

High lifting capacity

Although not suitable for personnel transport, the 200 Hoist has the capacity to transport scaffolding components and material to working heights up to 35m, making it ideally suited to a range of commercial and industrial construction applications.

A comprehensive set of guard and fall prevention measures ensures the 200 Hoist remains safe and reliable even in the most challenging construction environments.

Simple operation

Designed with easy operation and maintenance in mind, the 200 Hoist consists of just three primary components. The base (which includes a chassis, cable bin, trailing cable and control unit), a rack and pinion mast, and the lifting platform.

To install the 200 Hoist, simply connect the mast to the support structure using a special bracket anchored at 4m intervals. The base unit’s 1,700 W single-phase motor provides sufficient power to lift up to 200kg at a speed of 25 m/min, which is the equivalent of a fully loaded lift to its maximum height in under 90 seconds.

Easier component handling

With a working footprint measuring just 1.5 × 1.5m, the 200 Hoist’s compact design makes it possible for personnel to load the hoist parallel to the support structure.

The lifting platform is also specially designed to rotate 90° to the right, meaning personnel can easily manoeuvre it at the target landing level for easier unloading.
