Aston Towers Apartments

Aston Towers stands on the corner of Abel Smith Street overlooking Wellington’s CBD. This 1960’s built apartment block required re-painting, and the job of scaffolding the project for contractor JPB Contracting was entrusted to Wellington Scaffolding.

The 42 metre high building required a light duty scaffold suitable for the painting project, and core Layher Allround equipment namely 0.73, 1.09 and 3.07m components were used.
Steve Ryan of Wellington Scaffolding commented, “speed and the ability to utilise inside hop-up brackets and guardrails when required was a massive benefit to us. It’s a pleasure to use Layher equipment, it results in happy clients.”
