Park Terrace Complex
Empire Scaffolding were confronted with the challenging task of scaffolding this complex shaped building for the purpose of carrying out façade earthquake repairs. This had to be achieved with no disruptions to passing traffic, pedestrians and apartment residents.
Very quick and efficient
With the freighting of the gear going directly to site, there was no labour time for unloading and loading at the yard, and no cartage. This enabled the scaffold to be erected very quickly and efficiently.
Right scaffolding team
Layher Allround components were used on this Central City Christchurch project. Empire Scaffolding Director Kade Hutchinson said “It was a great project to work on. Having the Layher Allround components and the right scaffolding team made it so easy. The client was very happy because of the minimal time required for the build” Kade said.
Thanks to Empire Scaffolding for the use of these photos.
