SBS Building Invercargill

The revitalising of Invercargill’s SBS Building required an extremely fast turnaround. Brazier Scaffolding Director Glen Brazier said that “The project in the city centre had to be scaffolded, painted and dismantled in a timeframe of just four weeks”.

Limited ground space

The challenge presented to the scaffolders along with the short timeframe was the limited ground space available for the legs.
“Using the Layher Allround System allowed two of the rear elevations to be cantilevered with six to seven lifts all being suspended” he said.
