St Lukes Gardens
N orth Shore Scaffolding was chosen to provide access and temporary roofing solutions for the St. Lukes Gardens remedial project, ensuring the buildings were protected during critical repairs. By utilising the Layher Allround Scaffolding and Keder Roof systems, North Shore Scaffolding helped safeguard the property from weather-related delays, keeping the project on schedule and minimising disruptions for the building owners and residents.
Temporary Weather Protection Roof
Clifton Webb from North Shore Scaffolding explained, “We installed approximately 2,500 sqm of Keder Roof and Keder Roof XL, covering five buildings over two stages. The Keder Roof trusses and bracing allowed us to crane sections into place, reducing the build time. The Keder Sheets, with their rope sail design, slid easily into the truss tracks, creating a safer and faster alternative to shrink-wrapping. The weather had minimal impact on the installation process, ensuring the project moved forward smoothly.”
Thanks to North Shore Scaffolding’s expertise and the innovative Layher systems, the St. Lukes Gardens project progressed efficiently, protecting the buildings and allowing the necessary repairs to be completed on time.
We appreciate North Shore Scaffolding for sharing these images, highlighting how Layher solutions contribute to safer, more efficient projects.
